Why should I top up with Topups247 as opposed to my local retailer or my network provider directly?

There are a number of reasons why Topups247 has an advantage over more traditional methods of topping up your mobile phone:

• You can top up instantly 24/7 from your computer using PayPal.
• The convenience of being able to get your top up instantly online and not having to go to your local retail outlet, perhaps the cost of traveling there, the time it takes, or the simple fact that you just cannot be bothered.
• You may not wish to have your debit or credit card attached to your Pay As You Go mobile phone to do your top ups, privacy and/or anonymity is becoming more important in todays society and possible identity theft from within such large organisations. Topups247 removes the need for this, meaning you can top up any phone with any debit/credit payment card or from any PayPal account.
• Perhaps you do not have a current debit or credit card that your mobile provider accepts for mobile top up purposes.

Why is there a £2.90 administration charge when making a purchase with Topups247?

This small charge is to cover the cost of the merchant and administration fees involved in processing your order.

Why don't you display the top up voucher number on the screen after I have paid?

For security reasons we are only able to SMS the top up voucher number and it can only be sent by SMS to the mobile number you designate when ordering, which must be the mobile number you are topping up. This is to protect both us and the payment card and the PayPal account holder. Most top up vouchers are sent out by SMS in less than one minute after the payment has successfully been made. However, as we use a third party SMS provider there can sometimes be delays with the delivery of the SMS.

Why don't you sell top up vouchers for the network provider I am with?

We sell top up voucher for the major UK mobile networks, however, we will be adding others over the coming months.

I have paid for my voucher, but no SMS with my voucher number has arrived, what should I do?

Firstly, please check your mobile phone is switched on and can receive SMS messages and verify it is not in your SMS INBOX already. If you still cannot locate the SMS message with the voucher number in it, please contact us by email at support@topups247.com giving us as much information as possible including the PayPal reference or receipt number and we will look in to the matter for you in a prompt and timely manner.

Why can't I telephone you for support?
